Hauling Hay

1st crop is off and stacked.  Good news for all.  Anybody want to buy some hay?   We took 149 bales of alfalfa and 12 bales of grass off of 30 acres.  Not bad.  The price is up on hay, so now we just need a buyer or two.  I can't get videos to load on blogger, but if you copy and paste these url, you can see some amateur video of hauling hay.

Sadly, we broke few bales because they were baled dry and/or they were missing strings.  In fact, we ended up with a lot of only 3 or 4 string bales, all of which ends up as goat feed.   See, another purpose for goats.   Normally we haul 11 bales per load.  However, when the worst happens, we haul one bale per load.  Below is the wrong way, followed by the right way.
