September 29 - Walk

My husband has been complaining that his favorite blogger is once again dead.  Probably true.

Harriet, Laura and I have done a decent job of walking most nights this summer.  We've survived mobs of mosquitoes, curious and clever escape cows, frustrating flies, smoky suffocating air, a deer chasing dog and some very sly foxes.

The sunsets have been beautiful and we are full on in to the fall light that can't be beat!

 Laura called this the Mary Poppins shadow shot.  If you look close you can even see the poop beard dog.

I have been taking full advantage of the warm fall!  Very much loving all the time outside and not even needing a jacket.

Spent a Sunday night watching the sunset and trying to keep the goats out of the hay stack.

 Buddy went to the vet because he needs blood work every year to continue his seizure meds.  The vet said he was in great health, his quad muscles were amazing, and he looked like he was only 10 yrs old.

 The granary looks like it is leaning, but I love the colors.

 We've had some vivid sunsets lately, but I don't know how to capture them well.

 The goats are good. Still curious as ever. Angus came over the hill to find me and see what I was doing.

 I don't know what Jasmine had buried here, but she spent a long time digging for it.
