Bird Refuge 6-13-17

We took a quick drive out to the Bird Refuge a while back.  We just went to the entrance and walked around for a bit.  Just saw a few pelicans and not much else.  The dogs love all the different smells, so they are happy any time we stop out there.

River Update

The dogs and I went down to the river to see if we could get my boat launched.

 Nope, still to wet to drive across. Looks like there is a nice sandy beach now.

We now have a lovely large channel that leads through the field and out to the river.

Fun With Friends

A friend came over on Friday and brought me lunch.  A very thoughtful gesture.  She also brought her son, the one that Jasmine did agility training with for a while. We brought Maggy over so that he could throw sticks to a dog that would actually retrieve.  By the looks of it, everyone had a fun time.
