First of August Sunsets

 Back in the good old days of summer we had some amazing sunsets, mixed with a lot of smoke from fires across the western states. 

I took these images with my iPhone and didn’t do any edits.

Francine

 Francine is still my favorite. She does tend to take over the space and not seem to care.

 One day I found her sleeping in the opening to the old house.  I was worried she was dead, but nope.  Then I wondered if she was stuck, nope.  She was just seriously sleeping in the opening - looked so uncomfortable.

Tormenter Extrodanaire

Every time Laddie acts super perturbed and anxious, I know Francine can't be too far away.

 This time she decided to plop herself right on top of the dog food barrel.

 Where she stayed and stared down all who dared look her way.

 Until she finally decided Laddie had been tormented enough for one afternoon.

 Just when I was afraid she was the only cat left, these two made a return appearance.

 The showed up for breakfast the morning after Belle died.

 I finally found some time to hang in my hammock.

Pretty Much Any Night

Pretty much any night you could find these same scenes - on repeat.

This cat is such a crack up.  She provides me endless entertainment!

My first day home after being gone to Texas and she promptly plants herself on the table right in my way and grooms herself.

This night she sat right next to me, probably because she KNEW it would seriously bother Laddie.

 Then, yet another night she did the same thing.

 Not sure where she came from or how she found her way to our place, but I am sure glad she did!
