I'm willing to bet that most couples do something a lot more exciting than scoop out poopy snow on their Saturday nights.
The sad thing is it really made me happy to have the goats' and dogs' pens cleaned out.
Here are some scenes from the exciting night. And, yes, I am glad Boyd bought the back hoe. It comes in handy!
Boyd made an unintentional snowman. Can you see the head propped on the big pile.
Here's Flora supervising the pen cleaning.
Scooping out the frozen "poop"sicles. I couldn't shovel them out.
And, the ugly, grey, hazy, inversion filled sky.
You can't tell from this picture, but the snow on Sunday night drifted so much I couldn't find the dog food dishes. They were at least 8 inches under the snow in the part of the dog house that is UNDER the tarp. Crazy winter weather!
