How Does Your Garden Grow?
All of the colored pots I planted with seed I have had since 2003. We'll see what germinates!
It's like a little tent city keeping the plants toasty warm.
I had to replant my cantaloupes and watermelon because the birds stripped the seeds out of the ground!
And, speaking of stripping things, the goats got to my tomatoes within hours of pulling off the Wall 'O Waters. AAARRRRGGGGHHHH! I have to watch them more closely from now on. The tomato in the photo above WAS as big as the one below. It even has a little baby tomato on it already. I hope it makes it!
My newly replanted watermelon and cantaloupes, protected with Wall 'O Waters and I have a new old tire planter thanks to the Holmes' family.
Lemon Cucumbers
Spaghetti Squash
And, the herb garden. It is looking really good. Boyd has even used the chives, yummy!
Does anyone recognize the rock that came from Grandma Blanche's porch?

Just Hatched
Triplets!
The last egg is now gone from the nest. A couple of weeks ago, I found an egg on the ground and put it back in the nest. Obviously, it didn't hatch.
You can see where the nest is situated in the chicken coop. You can also see the parent sitting on the nest staring me down.
